वांग्याची भजी - Vange Bhaji

Vangyachi Bhaji (English Version)

eggplant recipe, Indian Eggplant recipes, Brinjal Recipe, Spicy Eggplant Pakoda

साहित्य:
१ वांगे
1/२ कप बेसन पिठ
१ टेस्पून तांदूळ पिठ
१/२ टिस्पून हळद
१ टिस्पून तिखट
१/४ टिस्पून जिरे
चवीपुरते मिठ
तळण्यासाठी तेल

कृती:
१) वांग्याचे गोल पातळ काप करावे. मिठाच्या पाण्यात काप १० मिनीटे घालावेत.
२) बेसन पिठात पाणी घालून गुठळ्या न होता नेहमी बटाटे वड्याला जितके घट्ट भिजवतो त्यापेक्षा थोडे पातळ भिजवावे, ज्यामुळे वांग्याच्या कापांना बेसनाचे कमी आवरण होईल आणि थोडा कुरकूरीतपणा येईल.
३) बेसनाच्या पिठात तांदूळ पिठ, लाल तिखट, जिरे, मिठ, हळद घालावे. जर उपलब्ध असेल तर थोडा ओवा, चिरलेली कोथिंबीर घालावी.
४) कढईत तेल गरम करावे. बेसन पिठात वांग्याचे काप बुडवून तळून काढावेत. हिरवी चटणी किंवा लसणीच्या चटणीबरोबर गरम गरम भजी खावी.
